The Six Step Process

1 – Consultation

Understanding your requirements in full is key, including budget, preferred area and individual or family needs. This can be an in-person or virtual meeting.

2 – Research

Your name shall remain private, Clements Habba will register the search with local agents, using our extensive contact list to enable access into on and “off market" homes, previewing properties and producing video tours where possible.

3 – Reporting

We'll produce a full written report with a follow up meeting or video call, detailing information pertaining to each property, including the full history and local comparables. We will then shortlist the best matched homes for your consideration.

4 – Tour

We will arrange access to all shortlisted properties, chauffeuring you between each home, followed by a meeting to reflect and obtain feedback, arranging second viewings where requested.

5 – Negotiating

We’ll guide you through the process of making an offer in full, presenting this directly and negotiating on your behalf. With contacts including interior designers, building contractors and architects, we can fully explore and understand a property’s full potential prior to making an offer.

6 – Sales Progression

We will ensure the conveyancing process is progressing, on hand to speak to any member of the transaction at any time and facilitating access for surveyors, bank valuations and contractors. We will support you all the way from offer acceptance to successful completion.
