Complaints Procedure

Should you wish to make a complaint about the services of Clements Habba or any member of its staff please follow the steps below;

Please put your complaint in writing addressed to the Director of Clements Habba, Building 3, 566 Chiswick High Road, W4 5YA.

As per The Property Ombudsman Guide (TPO), any complaint shall be acknowledged within 3 working days with a full investigation to take place.

In line with the TPO and following a full investigation a full written outcome shall be provided to you within 15 working days of the original complaint. If you are still not satisfied after the last stage of the in-house complaint procedure (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge

If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of the complaint, you have 12 months within which to refer your complaint to: The Property Ombudsman at Milford House, 43-55 Milford Street, Salisbury Wiltshire SP1 2BP.
